Thank you ALL
I would like to say thank you to each and everyone of you! I can say that you all made a difference in my life and I have learned so much from you all. This quarter was so hard for me. I was pregnant and had my baby just six weeks ago. So you all can understand how hard its been. Having a knew born and a five year at the same time and trying to be an advocate for something was so difficult, but I made it with the help from you guys. I can know make someone believe in something. I wish you all the best of luck and thank you.

Enlisting and Providing Support
Questions you have with which your colleagues may be able to provide help and support
How do you know that you have covered all the information for you plan? When do you know when to stop? There is so much information out there that I kind of find myself covering to much or not sticking to the subject.
Resources and information you are seeking
I am seeking parents views on early intervention. How can we keep them invoved in their childs education. Is early intervention effective. As educators what can we do to change it.
Resources and/or information you have found helpful and insightful
I have found the internet to be the most helpful. As you know you can google a word and it will come up with a lot of information. I also found talking to other educators to be helpful.

A quote that you find inspirational regarding the role that advocacy can have
in the lives of young children and their families.
"The only disability in life is bad attitude and not wanting to learn"--Scott Hamilton
A lot of things excite me about this whole presentation. I enjoy gathering information and talking to people about my plan. I love the fact that I will have people listening to me and my ideas. I love setting it up and seeing how it is all coming together.
I sometimes have a hard time putting my thoughts together and making sure I cover everything that I need to cover. Its also hard for me to talk to people in public, but that is something that I am working on. I also need to make sure that my presentation is complete and everything is covered/
I go over my plan to my family members and even people at my job. They let me know there thoughts and things they think that I don't need in my plan. I am also trying to make sure that I organize it and keep everything together.
By helping families understand how important early intervention is. Encourage families and let then know that their opinion matters and they play an important role in their child's education.
